Hi team, we appreciate the interest in being able to change the reply to email when sending an invoice. This isn't something we have in our plans atm, but our product team are aware of this idea and we will continue to gain interest from our community for this here.
Just to confirm currently within invoicing you'll be able to see the current reply to email from the preview of the invoice on the right hand side. If you'd like to change this before sending you'll need to hop across to the Email Settings. Thanks

Currently, XERO allows only one default “reply-to” email address. It would be very helpful if XERO could support multiple reply-to email addresses — or at least two separate options: one for sales and another for purchases.
For example, when sending quotes, invoices, or statements to customers, the reply-to email should direct to the sales team’s address. Meanwhile, for supplier remittances, the reply-to should go to the accounts team’s email. Many customers simply click “reply” without noticing the instructions in our templates to contact the sales team, so having separate default reply-to emails would reduce confusion and improve communication.
To XERO - Please consider this feature seriously and let us know once it has been implemented

You may not hear from many users, as most might prefer to work within the existing features. However, adding the option to include multiple reply-to email addresses would be extremely helpful and address several challenges faced by SME entities. I strongly recommend proceeding with the development rather than waiting for additional community interest.
