    Agreed. When drafting invoices to be approved before issuing, currently there is no way of alerting or notifying each other internally of any notes/instructions added in the History / Notes section, so we have check and read the notes section for each invoice before finalising and sending to clients.

    an alert /notification to show when "notes" have been added to invoices "awaiting approval" or "approved" so the person approving a draft invoice or person "pdf and emailing" approved invoices to clients knows when a note has been added re this invoice.
