    I have moved from Kashflow to Xero in recent months, in the 5-6 years I used Kashflow only one customer said I did not include the invoice with the email. In the 2 months I have been sending invoices from Xero 2 customers have said I have not included the invoice.

    The difference is Kashflow allows automatic 'send me a copy' to be set up thus enabling me to check the invoice sent.
