    Does Xero customer support and development team care at all about customers?
    Apparently not.
    Please sack them and employ a team that does care.
    This change would take mere minutes to implement, and has been requested by multiple users apparently since 10 years ago!
    What is the benefit of doing it the current way? None that I can see, other than to save face of the development team.

    If you are incompetent at making this change, would you prefer to send me the source code, so that I can modify it for you in about 3 minutes!
