    Hi Louis, Thanks for your reply. The issue at hand doesn't seem to be the requirement for a contact to be separate to a client, rather that many of us have incorrectly added multiple contacts for the same person. We would like to be able to merge these, as we would for a duplicate client.
    I personally have found that exporting the client/contact record and updating to import has created even more duplicates - clearly I was doing it wrong (included archived clients) but the merge facility would solve all of our problems :-)
