Until it is possible to lock the staff pay rates there is not much point in using this feature at all as it provides inaccurate reports and is frustrating as employee's pay rates are going to change at least once a year. Hopefully this will get sorted asap as we are now having to look for a 3rd party software to manage the time costs on jobs.
