The new “Review and Pay” button/link that now appears on statement emails is not suitable for our business setup. We don’t use Xero’s online invoicing or payment collection features, as our invoices are sent to customers directly outside of Xero.
Could you please make this functionality optional — ideally as a removable or toggleable setting within the email template or statement preferences?
At the moment, the inclusion of this link is confusing for our customers, so we would like the ability to disable it entirely.
