Given that I haven't used the desktop version of Microsoft Word for about 7 years, do not currently have access to it, and Xero says the online version is no good, this requirement presents an immediate obstacle. As Google Docs is my current, readily accessible, and preferred word processing tool, being mandated to use an outdated desktop application strikes me as an anachronism.
