Sorry to hear you're not liking the refresh of the Files inbox, Felicity. The intention is to make managing and working with your files simpler and more efficient.
Just to confirm, when you say this has added extra clicks for you - would that be the need to go to the Archived tab to access a fioder you've moved a file to?

Hi David - I agree - not all improvements will help everyone - my world is working with businesses to improve operational efficiency to reduce cost & increase margin - BUT XERO’s change here does neither for anyone - it has just added more steps / clicks to do what everyone did before more easily & quickly before the change was made …..

Hi Kelly, if you read down this thread you will see several posts where people have highlighted the issue & the additional steps now needed just to upload & organise their files. Alternatively, if you try the process yourself the issue so many are complaining about will be clear - the change does not look as though it ever went through user testing ….
