    Only recently moved to XPM and the lack of templates for sending out document packs is very time consuming. There are templates for other correspondence, so this would be so beneficial.
    And the default message is not professional at all!

    Yes please! Our admin system is based on the client code. It will make our like so much easier to be able to search using this field. We are just transitioning to Xero but feel that this will be a real drawback from a functional viewpoint.
