    Sorry to hear you're not liking the refresh of the Files inbox, Felicity. The intention is to make managing and working with your files simpler and more efficient.

    Just to confirm, when you say this has added extra clicks for you - would that be the need to go to the Archived tab to access a fioder you've moved a file to?

    Just when you think you can't hate it more they go and move it. Now it's under Accounting and Documents.
    They clearly don't care at all what their customers have to say as they will ignore us all and plough on doing whatever they want.
    It was such a useful place to drop files before and now it's trying to analyse documents rather than just leave them be.

    This is a dreadful update. I throw items back to the inbox when someone's attached them to the wrong transaction. Now they disappear into the ether with thousands of documents dating back many years. What an ill thought through idea by people who cannot be using the system or they'd realise how dreadful this is.
