The GoCardless messages that are sent to notify direct debit payments are unhelpful to customers (members in our case), because they just quote invoice numbers. It would be great if Xero could send the member an email when the invoice goes to GoCardless, giving information about what the invoice is for. However the mandatory 'Review and Pay' button makes Xero's emails useless for this purpose.
