    We acknowledge the issue highlighted in the sales report regarding incorrect treatment of customer overpayments. The current logic is reducing sales figures by misclassifying cash payments as credit notes. We will review and correct the report so it only includes valid sales invoices and sales credit notes as requested. Thank you for reporting this problem and helping improve accuracy.
