    As commented below, ERO has no plans to customise the receipts unless enough people submit to bring the issue higher up on its priority list!!

    I have spoken to a XERO rep who has provided a XERO work-around (which is more complicated than issuing manual receipts as it involves issuing an invoice to anyone who makes a donation so that a receipt can be issued in the same way as a receipt is issued for payment of an invoice. With regard to actually resolving our "ideas request", I was told that what we are asking for is too low on the Product Development Team's list of priorities!! (unless thousands of users can request the same).

    I repeat my submission of 25 April 2025 and others' submissions before and after that date.

    WHEN can something be done - A LOT OF TIME IS SPENT (wasted) issuing manual adaptations of the system generated receipts to meet IRD requirements.
