    Thanks for sharing this with us — we understand how frustrating it is when the address lookup repeats the town or suburb and creates extra tidy-up work.

    We’re aware of this behaviour, and we’ve now moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can better gauge community interest and understand the wider impact this is having for customers.

    We’ll continue to monitor the feedback here as it comes in. Thanks again for taking the time to raise it.
