Hi team, we appreciate the interest in being able to pin contact notes so these show more prominently.
Right now, as you may be aware there is a Notes field (separate to the Files & Notes on a contact s record). This is within the Contact Information section when adding or editing contact details.
Information you enter here will be shown on the Contact main page to the right side of the screen and can be edited as needed
Being open we don't have plans for enabling the ability to pin a note on a contact at present but will continue to track the interest in this through the community. Thanks

Could we please add a "Quick Notes" text box / sticky note into the empty space on the side of our contact below the total amount reflected.
We need a highly visible spot to write down a customer's special requests (especially things outside our standard practice) so the team can see it instantly whenever they open a contact.
