Hi community, we'd like to confirm that enabling phone numbers to be stored against additional people within a contact record is not something we have plans to develop at this time. This may be a function we look to explore in the long-term so we're still interested to get a clearer understanding of users that'd like to see this developed, and will continue to track this through the conversation here. If there's any change we will let you know on on this idea.

Aaah gotcha, thanks for the confirmation and additional feedback on the idea here. A bit of an extension from our existing functionality for Contacts and there may be some CRM solutions that you could explore in the Xero app store atm.
For now we'll track the interest in this from community here.

This would be helpful. As would reminders for following up on quotes sent and purchase orders sent (where not yet declined / invoiced / billed).

This is something I find really annoying when setting up contacts. Is there any progress with developing this please? Being able to store numbers against names / departments. Could an extra box not be added under email to enter direct line when adding a person? The main business number could remain in the business information subheading.
