    Hi Susan, thanks for raising this here. Appreciate that there are certain fields which are required to process motor trade invoices. At the moment, the DOCX branding theme can be customised to show a few fields. However, we understand the need for custom fields so we'll open this idea up for the community to add their support.

    We really need this too - not for motor vehicles, but our 'reference' field is used for the customer's PO number. We also need to include our Delivery Advice number on our invoices - we have a place for it on the template but we can't use the limited fields available. We have customers where the invoices and deliveries are processed separately, and they struggle to match the documents.

    I think this also would be useful for additional references like quote numbers and sales order numbers when the single reference field is used for a customer reference number.
