    Hi Paul, thanks for sharing this idea. We can understand how having the GoCardless mandate link available directly from the contact record could make setting up and following up on direct debit arrangements easier.

    I've updated the status to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking community interest.

    It would also be helpful to hear how you'd like this to work. Sharing your preferred workflow will help give the team a clearer picture of what would be most useful.

    Currently the information is hard to find. We need a simple way to access a customer list so that DD Mandate status can be reviewed and actions taken from
    a single page. Please!!!
