    I note that when sending Customer Statements, a note is created under the contact. When you click 'View', an error appears. This makes it impossible to view the statement that was sent to your client. If an invoice is changed after statements are sent - it's useful to see EXACTLY what the client saw on their statement - making it easier to reconcile their payments.
    I have had a client refer me back to the statement I sent them earlier in the month - but I couldn't view it or recreate it. Not a very professional look.
