I found a way around it, soon as I process the unscheduled pay run, I zero out the terminated employee's hours / and or hourly rate /salary. Lessens the chance of overpayment. Save Submitting... I've brought this issue up in the past. I found a way around it, soon as I process the unscheduled pay run, I zero out the terminated employee's hours / and or hourly rate /salary. Lessens the chance of overpayment.
