I would like to be able to have tasks that allow sub tasks or multiple staff, with different sell rates, to be under a Task (being the relevant stage of project delivery). That way a task/stage total can be made up of time entries from various staff with different sell rates. The way it currently works, I have to create a task for each staff rate/stage in order to bill the time entries, which can result in excess of 20 tasks sometimes. This leads to staff choosing the wrong task by mistake and also makes the invoicing to the customer very long and messy. Is this a feature that is in development? I imagine it would be used by many Xero users.
