Hey everyone, we know it can be tricky when you're managing lots of client accounts and need a way to easily tell them apart in Xero.
Thanks for your feedback on how a visual cue, like being able to set different colours for each organisation, would help cut down on confusion and those accidental data entries.
We've seen some of you have found workarounds, like using Chrome extensions or third-party Google add-ons for customisation. It's great to see the community finding creative ways to tackle this in the interim.
Right now, adding this feature isn't in our immediate plans. This is something we'll continue to keep an eye on the support for and may reconsider in future planning. I'll share if there are any updates around this here.

Colours in Customers don't come over to projects - in fact they change randomly to some colour. Some days 5 different clients all in orange - go to their customer account and they are different colours. Surely they should sync up and also be customisable on customer accounts. Making xero sense at the moment :-/
Marc, unfortunately new features take priority over needs like this. I wish product companies would listen to the user voice of their current customers rather than load more features to attract new ones. I have repeatedly asked for updates and nothing happens. It’s the way a lot of software seems to track, a roadmap, even asking us to do customer insights through One Picture when there’s a huge amount of requests here. We’re shaping how the product should be here but it’s not even on the radar. I tried to do the feedback, but as soon as I answered a question it didn’t like it kicked me out.
