Thanks for the continued support and feedback shared here, everyone. Totally appreciate wanting to save clicks and improve the efficiency of logging in to use Xero.
Our product team have reviewed this and it's something they'd like to take a closer look into longer term, however isn't roadmapped just yet.
As soon as there's any progress to update you of I will share with you all.

Account Transactions: Receipts - Send automated 'payment received' e-mail when payment is reconciled
536 votesHi everyone, we totally get how automating the sending of receipts when a transaction is reconciled would free up time and the manual task involved in this activity.
Though not in the pipeline at present, this is a feature our product team would like to explore more in the future.
We’ll be sure to update you all again when we are able to look into this deeper. Thanks

This such a basic feature, many customers require confirmation their funds have arrived. The current manual receipt process is clumsy and time consuming.
This is a bug fix not an enhancement, of course the cursor should be in this field…..
