    We hear you team! Thank you for continuing to share back with us here, and a big thanks to those that registered interest and provided input to the teams earlier research.

    Right now, there's still some discovery going on around this functionality, but I want to assure you this is a feature our team are keen to develop.

    While the first round of research helped inform our team they want to dive deeper into some of the aspects surrounding this feature that'll help ensure we create a solution that'll best fit majority of businesses.

    We'd like to give provide the opportunity to everyone here to participate in this and if you can spare a few minutes, our team have prepared a few questions in this form 📝 that we'd love your feedback on.

    Hi Andy

    You hit the nail on the head here. I find this to be a common problem with most IT Companies. We use use several software program in our companies

    I will NOT RECOMMEND XERO TO ANYONE until they Fix the statement issue

    This is not acceptable !@ it affects our productivity and is a basic requirment for all accounting packages

    PS I posted the issues on Statements 2 years ago,
    Can we get Feedback from XERO as to why the are do not seem willing to set up the facility whereby we can send out automated statements

    This will save everyone a lot of time !

    This should form the basis of any accounting program. It will make a life a lot easier, save time and increase productivity.

    Thanks Gary definitely going to try "Statey" seems you have all areas covered,

    Interesting comment that certain customers do not want to receive a statement, I understand if there is nothing due but if a customer wants and account, and they owe money, the cannot really chose not to receive a statement, that would be a condition of business.

    Very surprised that XERO does not offer this as it is an critical part of any accounting feature and would save a lot of time
