Many of our connected app partners designed and developed their integrations with Xero themselves and they're best placed to help with any questions you have on extending their integrations with Xero.     It would also be useful to be able to bulk update the Job description for existing jobs via import (i.e. where the description wording has been changed in the Template) other than having to update individually for existing jobs.
