    I would love to see this feature. Have asked for it before, but no joy so far. Fingers crossed this time.

    I have the same issue as those who've commented below. When you're running multiple projects, being able to add a reference as expenses are loaded would make reconciliations so much easier. I do add a reference in the details field, as has been suggested, but you can't see those on screen, which you could a reference. Please Xero, this would seem to be a fairly easy thing to switch on.
