    Is someone on the dev team going to address this? I have NEVER seen an invoice with shipping as a line item. It's always under the subtotal. Can someone literally take 20 minutes and make this happen?

    To be clear. Not shipping related with qbo, but lack of support for fundamental things.

    Well, that’s too bad. I was leaving qbo because of similar issues. Unfortunately, will likely go with Zoho. It works out of the box.

    I can't believe this hasn't been addressed. I'm in a trial at the moment, and this may very well prevent us from becoming a paying customer.
