Hey everyone, we know it can be tricky when you're managing lots of client accounts and need a way to easily tell them apart in Xero.
Thanks for your feedback on how a visual cue, like being able to set different colours for each organisation, would help cut down on confusion and those accidental data entries.
We've seen some of you have found workarounds, like using Chrome extensions or third-party Google add-ons for customisation. It's great to see the community finding creative ways to tackle this in the interim.
Right now, adding this feature isn't in our immediate plans. This is something we'll continue to keep an eye on the support for and may reconsider in future planning. I'll share if there are any updates around this here.

Its more than two years since this simple suggestion was made with support from may people.
Either the developers don't see this forum, or they don't care, meaning this is just lip service.I can't see why they wont do this, it will make life so much easier for users with very little work from Xero.

I have subscriptions for two organizations.
When I'm busy, I am switching between them regularly. When busy it is easy to mistakenly do work on the wrong organization and have to spend time correcting it.I would like, as with the likes of outlook where different accounts can have different themes, to be able to alter the colour scheme of the organizations to better see which one you are logged into. At the moment they are both Xero Blue. It could be a simple option in the organization setup.
Yes. It’s been asked for repeatedly, but ignored.
A small ask, that will make a huge difference to users.
It shows either that they don’t look at this forum, or that they have a total lack of regard to our experience once we are signed up.
