Hi there, can this be escalated to the developers and technicians to allow Standard Users to have access to the "Uncoded statement lines report".
I updated the Standard User permissions to "View and rerun reports" but it's still unavailable. Currently, our team is exporting the "Bank Reconciliation Summary" report in Excel/Google sheets, then copying and pasting the comments from the "Discuss" tab from the unreconciled statement lines to send to clients. It's a manual process and waste of time when this report exists and is available to Advisers. Moreover, with the "Uncoded statement lines report" can you add export options: Excel and Google sheets. It's only available in PDF and CSV format. I've included an attachment with screen shots and notes. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
