Hi everyone, thanks for sharing this suggestion. We understand that when you’re working on the go, being able to send invoices quickly can make a big difference, especially when customers prefer receiving updates by text.
The suggestion here is to add a direct SMS option in the mobile app, so users can send invoice links to customers without needing to switch between apps or copy and paste details manually.
For now, you can use your device’s share options from the invoice to send the link through your preferred messaging app. While this isn’t the same as having a built-in SMS option, it can help make sharing invoices easier in the meantime.
We’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking interest and gather more feedback from businesses using mobile invoicing workflows.

Thanks everyone for your feedback here on customising SMS messages for invoices. We understand how a more personal message could provide customers with greater confidence and context when receiving an invoice.
Our product team has explored options for more customised messaging, including the practical constraints around character limits and preventing messages from being treated as spam.
After that review, we want to be transparent that editable SMS templates aren’t part of our plans at this stage.

Please, please, please make it possible to create credit notes in the app. As a business owner usually out and about, it would be so much easier if I could just create a credit note the same way I do an invoice. As an added bonus, please also make it possible to allocate a credit note to a client invoice in the app too. I hate that I have to log in to the desktop version to create and allocate credit notes. It's a big hindrance to my business and productivity, especially if I get home late!
