Just to add to this - you cant edit a Credit Note Supplier like you can for a Bill - please make CRNs as important as Bills in all respects!!!!

Why is this still an open suggestion from 2022? Crazy.

Just add it please please please. Spend less money and time on UX and the pretty new dashboard and apply that effort to Functionality!!!!!

It would be great to have a credit note shortcut either on the dashboard or under the "+" menu

Just adding my support for a credit note shortcut option in the dashboard.

This is a common complaint from our clients, that it is so difficult for them to find where to add a credit note and why it is not in the "+" menu.

You can easily add an Invoice or a Bill by pressing + but Credit Note does not appear in this list. Can it please be added.

Please make this an option straight from the dashboard. Having to go a very long way round to add one at the moment is not very helpful.

i don't understand why this has not been possible from the start
seems like a pretty basic function

It would be great to be able to create a credit note from the files uploaded. Often have clients uploading these but have to go out of files to go in and create a credit note and attach from files. Similar with credit notes emailed directly in to sage, have to save them to files and then create a new credit note before attaching from files. Not efficient!

It would be good if you could send a credit not to the BIllzz email so it goes into draft and you could then change it from a bill to a credit note. Currently have to download this and add in manually - total faff.

Yes, it would be much easier to add "Credit note" to the "Add to New" Menu in Files. You can Add to New Bill so Add to new credit note would surely be easy to do.
