Simply update the footer to be a 'floating bar' and insert one line of code to fix the position (Ex. position: fixed;) where you currently have the paginate footer. There is a better way. Simply update the footer to be a 'floating bar' and insert one line of code to fix the position (Ex. position: fixed;) where you currently have the paginate footer.
