    Yes, this is ridiculous. To delete in bulk at the moment I have to restore them all and delete, then select and delete

    Yes, so totally defeats the purpose of having an archive. Default position should be to not include

    Agree, and also the budget uploads should include cents. When importing from excel or other documents, it cuts them off - it means reports do not match
