Hi everyone, we'd like to share an update on this idea with you all - As announced at Xerocon there are exciting changes coming for practices with Xero Partner Hub!
With the Xero Partner Hub you'll have a unified client and staff experience. We'll be providing some additional Client detail fields including Date of Death for Individual / Sole Trader business structures.
This'll be rolling out to all Xero partners in early 2026, with the beta being available from November, starting in Australia and New Zealand - Find out more on our website

Good news, team! We've had a close eye on all ideas around managing your practice in the forums here, and as you may have heard we have a new experience coming to all practices soon with the Xero Partner Hub 😊
Bringing client experiences together from Xero HQ and Practice Manager you'll soon have an improved client layout, where you can customise your client list columns to see the data that'll help you manage your clients efficiently.
Find more on what you'll get with the Xero Partner Hub through our website.

Hi team, we appreciate your feedback and understand the importance of having decimal places visible in workpapers especially for tasks that require a high level of detail. I'm pleased to let you know that our product teams have paid close attention to the idea from our community here as they develop our new Workpapers solution, where all workpapers in the new solution will show 2 decimal places.
For those of you using the existing Workpapers solution, there's no immediate change. You can continue with your current workflow. Once the new solution becomes available, we'll share more information on how to access it.
We're beginning to roll this out to Partners starting with Australia, and will be expanding to other regions in early 2026.

Agree. If we cannot see the decimals then we'll have to keep using our own workpapers instead of Xero's.
