it is a bit impersonal ( or a bit rude) if you receive an email from an organisation without knowing of an actual human that it originated from -The. customer may well want to speak to this person about the account they have just received. It puts a barrier in the way of good customer relations. That's how road rage or phone rage started.
furthermore, the person will have to find the phone number by other means ( google)
