We work in hospitality where our hours are long, so there are times when an admin person is not working to provide the emergency contact details from Xero. We therefore have a printed contact list for our staff & because the contacts detail report does not include the emergency contact details as a filter, we have to manually look up the information on each employee and enter it, it is very inconvenient.
Adding these details to the contact details report is important & hopefully will be rectified quickly.
