    Is there a way that when we end the employment of an employee, and then the employee returns down the track rather than re-enter the details of the employee, is Xero able to automatically create a new file for that employee once we click on the reinstate employee button?

    I believe there should be a way to set it up without GST simply because the client does not need to register for GST at the moment, I am also assuming that his P/L will be the net amounts too which is incorrect for the client, Xero should be able to provide this function, although the plus side is, now in Xero Tax the IAS is automatically populated from the ATO because of their update regarding STP. So I guess we no longer need it to import into Xero Tax.
