Hi Jess, thanks for sharing this idea! Right now, having to search or click through multiple screens can slow things down, so we love the idea of a more central view.
In the meantime, you can see the groups a client belongs to in the Information tab on their record (in the box on the right-hand side).
I’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can see how many in the community would find a dedicated Groups tab useful. Keep the votes and comments coming — your input really helps the product team understand the difference this could make!

Thanks for all the engagement and sharing how valuable this feature is to managing your clients with Xero.
I understand the desire for another update and am pleased to share that this is something our product teams will be addressing and are working on developing within the new unified client experience.

Appreciate the feedback, Arnie. Our product team are staying close to the feedback we're receiving about updates in Jobs. It'd be good to see if there are others in the new experience that feel the same way.

Hi team, really good to hear your feedback on what could improve your experience with new Tax Manager which is currently in beta.
We're listening to the feedback we're receiving about this from our community and while not in the works just yet, the ability to save custom filters is a feature we plan to develop.
You can get more of a view of what's to come in Tax Manager through Xero Central, and I'll keep you updated here once this idea progresses with the team.

100% agree with this. Editing a client is tedious, even after using for a while it's still horrible and visually hard to look at and find anything. When viewing client details (before edit) would be much better in this layout, or even better the layout it was back in XPM green. everything in original XPM was user friendly and visually pleasing to look at.

Would really love this as currently having to use an external program to grab data showing primary contact information which seems crazy. Would also be good if when viewing client the primary contact had a symbol confirming primary as if none ticked its obvious.

This should have been a must in beginning of doing update. Xero need to remember this is a CRM management systema also, not just client xero files.
Really would love to see the Group column back in client view (not the group tab).
