    It would be great to have a running record of client history in XPM, showing the date and person who, including but not limited to:
    - created the client
    - edited client details
    - archived client
    In a large firm over multiple offices, it would be easier to know who to contact if there are questions about details are entered into XPM, and keep XPM as a CRM up to date.

  2. Create a Registered Office field in the contact details so that for client companies, we can have a quick view of physical/business, postal and registered office details. Currently, we have had to create a custom field, which you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to view.

  3. XPM - Lock timesheets when a draft final invoice has been prepared.
    We are having issues with staff adding time to a job when there is a draft Final invoice that has been created. Then the invoice is approved and the added WIP does not get picked up and sits on the now completed job for us to stumble over months later. It makes sense to lock the timesheets when a Final invoice has been drafted.

  4. The ability to bulk upload/import Recurring Jobs via .csv file, in the same way you can Bulk Import Jobs that are not recurring.

    This allows for each row to have the copy/paste capacity for overlapping criteria and can be quickly created through a spreadsheet (which could stem from an Export of your client list to 'schedule' your job creation throughout the year).

    One import for an entire client base would be considerably more streamlined and efficient.

  5. Would love the ability to efficiently reassign clients in bulk within XPM, using tickboxes (like in the jobs list) to select the relevant clients and reassign to a new accountant. The import/export feature is clunky and often errors on import. A quick and easy way to complete this function would improve client experience when a new accountant joins the firm.

  6. It would be great to see the budgets easily when we open the Jobs tab in XPM. This will help us have a quick glance at the budget for each job rather than opening each job in a new browser tab or generate a report.

  8. Remove all account codes check box upon financial statement publishing

    We need this check box added when we publish our EOFY financial statements - a similar box already exists to remove all decimal places yet we have to manually go to the trading statement, income statement, balance sheet and equity accounts and manually turn off account codes on each page.

    A simple box to remove all account codes when publishing just like the decimal place box would be fantastic

  9. It would be great if we could have the option of a display name as legal name for all entity types and not just individuals to help differentiate different entities with the same name. For example, we have a few trusts that share the same name but are completely separate entities belonging to different client groups and it can make it hard to tell those apart at a glance.

  10. There are client level fields for phone and fax numbers. We have not had a fax machine in the office for a number of years. and it would be more useful to have these fields nominated as landline and mobile numbers. Consideration would have to be given to how this meshes into FYIDocs and FuseSign as FuseSign has issues if the phone number field does not meet its defined parameters.

  11. To have a function that essentially works as a sticky note on the details page of the clients file. Although there is the notes function, it it easily lost within the multiple tabs, however if something was right there on the home screen for all to see it isn't as easily missed/ignored. It could be something simple like a staff member has been trying to get in touch with the client, or bringing attention to an address change, noting the preferred method for documents to be signed etc.

I'd like a dashboard showing all clients listed under our organization with all banking details as well as in the moment bank feed status (ie: is the bank feed active, does it needs to be refreshed, has it dropped). This would enable those that have many clients under their organization to work smarter to fix bank feeds as soon as they're down without delays.

  15. It would be great if they system would not allow disbursements/ costs to be added to closed jobs.
    This can cause a lot of admin work when Xero fees are bulk imported to our clients accounts job but is then closed once the accounts have been completed. We have too ensure the job number is updated on the import each time we close a job as the system will allow bulk uploads. It would be great if an error code showed and did not allow this to occur.

  17. We are finding staff are regularly being logged out of XPM when they move between the 'Clients' tab & the 'Jobs' tab. When this happens it asks staff to log back in, but we are finding it is taking them to random different areas of XPM instead of back to where they were. i.e Setting up a new organisation page, in the middle of a client file etc. This appears to be a basic functionality issue that needs to be fixed.

  18. It would be great is XPM could have the ability to have multiple timers open / useable at once, so I can stop, start and resume between tasks as you pick up / put down. This was a great feature of MYOB AE.

  19. The 'export invoice to Xero' manual option should be available to staff that have approve invoice permissions. When we have a 'Xero export failed' message and staff correct the error, they need to be able to push this across manually to Xero blue without requesting it from an administrator.

  20. I love the new Job Manager view where you can hide or show columns as you need. I would LOVE a column for comments. For example say a job is waiting for a client to send a particular document I'd love to be able to add that in that view. Or maybe that field could show the latest note made in that job. It woudl save us having to click into the job to see what was holding it up.
