  1. Would be good to have an "Allocate" command button so income, deductions, tax credits are split automatically as per the percentage for each individual in a trust, partnership and LTC company. It is time consuming when there are multiple individuals and varying percentage splits.

  2. Having the option to transfer a donation rebate to multiple tax types, tax years and IRD numbers would be great. For example, transferring credit to terminal tax and also provisional tax or tax owing from a previous year.

  3. Currently the productivity pie chart on the home page only reports on a weekly basis. It would be great if the home page can add a 2nd productivity pie chart which is set to report on a monthly basis. Most accounting firms/staff have monthly productivity targets, so this is why it would be a wonderful way to track MTD productivity results instead of only weekly.

  4. I’m reaching out to request assistance regarding a feature enhancement for Xero Practice Manager (XPM). Currently, XPM allows invoices to be pushed seamlessly to Xero Accounting (blue), which is incredibly helpful. However, I’ve noticed that proposals and estimates created in XPM cannot be pushed to Xero Accounting in the same way.

    I would like to request that XPM be enhanced to support the ability to push proposals and estimates directly to Xero Accounting.   6. I would like to suggest Xero enables users to create a draft credit note from paid invoices. Currently this feature is only available from unpaid invoices. Occasionally I have to refund a client and it would be useful to copy the details from the invoice rather than create the credit from scratch.

    To show all expenses in the profit and loss report.

  9. It would be good if on the taxable payments annual report, when it shows that the ABN has been 'provided' that this is also linked whether the ABN status is GST registered or not. This would be an easy checking tool that the GST charges has been properly done so and would make the person lodging the form to easily identify whether or not GST should be charged or not.   10. Add a billing email address under Billing Address - this would allow invoices to be sent to a separate email such as Xero's bill up load, Hubdoc, Dext, a clients accounts payable, or literally anybody other than the owner.

    Yes, you can add people to send to in contacts, or in the repeating invoice email, but this would the first email address looked/used when sending an invoice.

Hi Team, I would like to customise the "Activity Statement" template to include every single line item presented as per the invoice description for every paid and unpaid invoice, instead of having the "Invoice name summary-Invoice # INV-0001" itself, same goes to the opening balance. Furthermore, I would like to show the statement start date, i tried to add <<StatementFromDate>> at the customised template, but the start date is not show up.   14. When you lodge BAS using Xero automation, it creates a draft Bill. My idea is that the BAS report the bill is based on, is also uploaded to the draft Bill as an attachment.

  15. Would be really helpful for admin to have the manager listed on the first All Clients page, alongside the existing name, phone and address.

    From admin perspective this would save us opening the client file each time just to check which colleague a client belongs to - this one of our main/frequent tasks and more significant to us than the other details listed.

  16. Can we please have an automatic email notification to the subscriber for when an organisation adds or removes an employee from payroll. This will be important to enable subscribers to adjust billing to clients when these actions take place once this ability to add extra employees comes in during September 2025.

If we could please change the description in the description Column in account transactions for all accounts to be the actual item description while in the CASH basis and not who made the payment , the ACRUALS basis has the item description as written when creating the transaction so i basically want it the same. I'm set up as cash and it makes it difficult for me and my accountant not having the description.

  19. it would be great if the next and previous buttons for moving between pages of the bank statement were available at the top of the screen, not just the bottom. this would also be useful on the reconcile screen. you have extended the number of lines that are visible, so rather than having to keep scrolling back to the bottom of the page before the next or previous page can be selected, please just add the buttons at the top of the screen too. thanks for the search facility on reconcile though, that's brilliant!

  20. Payroll Activity Summary to show per employee, not just as a total for all employees. Currently you have to select each employee to generate the totals for 1 employee and if you have 100 employees, that's 100 reports instead of just 1.
    Exactly like MYOB does it, sample MYOB report attached.
