Hi everyone, while not an alert as such, currently we're looking into enabling customers the ability to send us an alert if you're having trouble with a bank account feed in your organisation. This'd help us quickly identify issues with a particular feed. I'll round back to share more as this shapes out.

Is there a way for a bank feed to notify that it's ceased or not working? i.e. If the bank has been advised that the authority for the account has passed away and therefore blocks the feed, the accountants who manage the feed aren't necessarily advised in a timely fashion, so when they come to prepare accounts, it can create issues
Take a BNZ bank feed for example, transactions should appear in Xero every Tuesday to Saturday after 4am (NZT). If this doesn't happen because the bank has ceased the feed, could a warning symbol appear on the dashboard bank account in Xero to indicate that further follow-up is required? (Not sure if there is something like this already?)
