    The transaction number in the bottom right hand corner of sage.
    After every invoice ("Bill") I posted I would write the transaction number on the top right of the invoice then file it in transaction number order.
    I am struggling to find ways to organise my filling with Xero. Sage I could organise and find anything by using that number.
    Doing it by date for XERO looks like me only option and this will take forever to sort through everyone and date organise them. Not impressed!
