I agree with Sam as I regularly have to merge contacts and find it very frustrating that I'm left with the person I've merged from not the one I've merged to, which is the one I want to use next to create the invoice. This wastes time.
Xero synchronises with my clinical management system calendar and so draft invoices are always formatted in the name of my client, but this is often not the person who is doing the paying the invoice. For example, if the client is a child or student (parent paying) or if an employee is paying the invoice.
