With the soon to come Xero Partner Hub we'll be bringing all your practice tools under one umbrella and improving your experience in managing and working with clients in your practice. With the combined experiences of Xero HQ and Practice Manager this'll include the ability to merge two clients into one, like you're after here 🙂
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Find more information about Xero Partner Hub on our website, and we'll be back to update you all as this goes live to practices in the coming months.

We have a few jobs in the system for a client that was very complex and we have since disengaged. We want to write off all of the time but we do not want any team member to have their write ons/offs affected by these jobs, as the nature of them was incredibly complex and this was due to the way the client prepared and sent the information to us, and not the fault of any of our team members.
Xero support has advised that there is no way to write off WIP without it affecting the staff that have put time to the job.
We would really like to see an ability to do a 'firm write off', when so desired, as there are certain scenarios we come across in our firm that warrant this.
