Hi everyone, we wanted to share another update here. The ability to schedule and send a one-off invoice at a date and time that works best is now available to all organisations.

You can find this feature in the send window by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the Send email button.

As mentioned in my last update, we understand there’s strong interest in extending this functionality to repeating invoices as well. While this isn’t currently in the pipeline, it’s something our product team will closely consider as they shape the future of repeating invoices in Xero.

I’ll be sure to share any further updates with you here.

After years of supporting this suggestion, its dissapointing to get the news that this idea is not in the pipeline! Don't you listen to your customers requests? How many ideas and votes does this take for what is identified as an important feature? Considering this can be achieved manually, this would indicate the structure has been written to faclitate the need and would be an easy addition. Perhaps I am worng but this has not be conveyed to the requestees.

Can the profile of this request be raised with the ANZ Managing Director, Angad Soin or Global CSO, Ashley Gransen Hech?

Time selcted repeating invoices request first floated in the string in Jan 2022 so I dont have much faith it will be actioned in the short term. If this is too challenging, can you advise, alternatively give a timeline when it may be considered to turn into reality?
