    As a builder, being able to send estimates is essential. A lot of the work we do you can’t be tied down to a quote. I usually can only give a client a draft quote as the only way to get wiggle room. I used to use quickbooks and they have estimates, which is the only thing that’s better than xero

    That would be the best idea, as a builder, the word estimate would be very useful.
    On extensions and new builds, there’s a lot you cannot foresee and the word quote ties you in to losses
