    I am a sole trader (freelance literary translator) working with just two major currencies (pound sterling and euros). Like Sophie below, i do not need all the bells and whistles of the comprehensive of premium plans, only a basic plan with a one currency add-on. Besides, by having to subscribe to the premium Xero plan, my monthly cost for accounting far exceeds what would be reasonable for my turnover (modest at the best of times).
    Xero, please listen to your users and introduce this subscription option. It's hardly rocket science...

    Whole-hearted support this idea.

    I'm a freelance earner with irregular income; annual in advance payments are much easier to manage financially and will save time on admin.

    My previous accounting programme offered the option of annual in advance payments and monthly payments. What's more, the rates for the former were lower.

    Please introduce without delay, Xero!
