Hi everyone, thanks for sharing this idea. We understand that having more detail available in History and Notes reports could make it easier to review changes and track user activity.
The suggestion is to add contact details within the History and Notes report to help users identify which customer, supplier, or record a change relates to without needing to click out of the report.
We’ll continue tracking this idea here, where other users can share their feedback and examples to help shape future improvements.
An error occurred while saving the comment
In addition to this, it would be a useful control to be able to generate an exception report that lists any master data changes to Accounts Payable (such as bank account numbers and contact details).
