    Agree with this request and the comments below.
    It is important to be able to justify a calculation methodology to retain user confidence in the system and unfortunately this misses the mark. It is possible with this flaw that an employee would be prevented from taking their full 4 weeks of leave entitlement per year of work, thereby causing a NES breach.
